Email Service Restored

Due to an unforeseen critical failure on one of the mail servers and a corresponding failure in the detection system that would automatically switch your connection to another server, some users will have experienced errors when trying to connect to accounts during the course of the night. The affected server is back online and investigation into the cause of failure is ongoing. We will keep you updated to any further developments.

Our sincere apologies to those effected. Every effort is being made to prevent a recurrence of this problem.

Inbound Mail Delay - 2pm-5pm

There was currently an inbound mail delay of up to 60 minutes caused by an increase of spam email at the anti-spam gateway holding up scanning of legitimate email from approximately 1pm onwards. The queue was fully cleared by 5pm.

With regards to recent similar delays we took delivery this week of the required hardware to double our anti-spam capacity. This is currently being setup by the manufacturer and should be online sometime next week.
