grass70-x11 has been updated to 7.0.5.

Thanks to Greg, the source is patched.

When GRASS starts up, Python produces an error:

ValueError: unknown locale: UTF-8 in Python

It seems this is a well-known bug. So, some parts of grass70 has been fixed to ignore this.
