Packaging issues

Not really rpy2 issue. LDFLAG in R may be fixed in a near future (Possible omission or incorrect documentation for "R CMD config --ldflags").

It seems rpy2 2.3.0 and 2.3.7 are incompatible with R 3.0.2.
